What do I get for $30/month?

The subscription unlocks access to the Vizmo web app (projects, generation, editing, downloads, and history). Billing and subscription management are handled via Stripe.

Do I pay for provider usage?

Yes. Vizmo is BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys): you connect your own provider API keys and pay those providers directly for usage. Vizmo is a fixed $30/month to access the app.

Which providers are supported?

Provider support depends on what your deployment enables. In general, Vizmo supports API-based LLM, TTS, image, and video providers. See /app/settings in the app for the current list and required fields.

Are my API keys safe?

Provider keys are stored encrypted at rest in the database. You can delete them at any time from Settings (even if your subscription is inactive).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from inside the app using the Stripe Customer Portal.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund terms depend on the operator of your deployment. See the Terms.

Who runs my deployment?

Vizmo is designed to be self-hosted. Your deployment is operated by whoever runs the VPS. For support, contact the operator of your deployment.
