What do I get for $30/month?
The subscription unlocks access to the Zyncut web app (projects, generation, editing, downloads, and history). Billing and subscription management are handled via Stripe.
Do I pay for provider usage?
Yes. Zyncut is BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys): you connect your own provider API keys and pay those providers directly for usage. Zyncut is a fixed $30/month to access the app.
Which providers are supported?
Provider support depends on what your deployment enables. In general, Zyncut supports API-based LLM, TTS, image, and video providers. See Settings in the app for the current list and required fields.
Are my API keys safe?
Provider keys are stored encrypted at rest in the database. You can delete them at any time from Settings (even if your subscription is inactive).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from inside the app using the Stripe Customer Portal.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms depend on the operator of your deployment. See the Terms.
Who runs my deployment?
Zyncut is designed to be self-hosted. Your deployment is operated by whoever runs the VPS. For support, contact the operator of your deployment.
