Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Vizmo web application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Subscription

• Access to the app is gated by an active Stripe subscription (currently $30/month).
• Billing management is handled via Stripe Customer Portal inside the app.

Bring Your Own API Keys (BYOK)

• You provide and manage your own provider API keys (LLM/TTS/video/image providers).
• Provider keys are stored encrypted at rest in the database, and can be deleted at any time from Settings.
• You are responsible for any provider charges and for complying with provider terms.

Generated Content

• Projects, jobs, and generated media are stored on the server to enable playback, download, and resume.
• Deleted projects are soft-deleted and may be permanently purged after a retention window (see in-app Settings for details).

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for illegal or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or billing gates.

Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Generation quality and uptime depend on third-party providers and your VPS environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizmo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any provider usage charges incurred via your API keys.
